Horry Electric Cooperative, Inc. is moving to a new method for contractors and developers to request new service(s).

Effective December 1, 2024, contractors and developers will need to complete the Contractor/Developer Service Request Form for all temporary, plow-in and permanent service requests.

We believe this new method will streamline the application process and alleviate excess communications concerning new service requests.

This form is now available to use if you would like to get accustomed to the new process. Beginning December 1, the Contractor/Developer Service Request Form will be required for all temporary, plow-in and permanent service requests.
